Campaigns and Clintons
Is anyone actually following the campaign? All I hear is really bias BS and I don't actually have time to watch and see what is actually happening. Romney seems to be intolerant of anyone who isn't like him but then what is Obama doing? Do I believe Obama was given a lot to work with after the Bush Administration..Yes. Do I think he has done the best possible job and has promoted green energy..yes. Therefore regardless of the who the other candidate was...I would still vote Obama. He and his wife are fantastic and are the American Dream. Also in the next election I hope Hillary runs because I definitely want to see her become President, the Clintons were all about Peace and working with other countries, and we had a great economy although that might've been coincidental...regardless, we had no debt...and now our country is basically owned by China because of the amount of money we owe them and the debt keeps growing...thanks Bush.
A good morning with no alarms
What a wonderful thing it is being able to wake up on your own time and not to the sound of an alarm yelling at you to wake up. today is the first time in weeks I have been able to sleep in midweek and get the rest my body needs to function. It is perfect timing for this, as between working two jobs, plus going to school almost full time, and maintaining homework, I was starting to feel a little burnt out and wondering which job I should back off on a little. School is number one right now. I am all set to graduate in December, I have my applications in to transfer with my associates degree and am ready to roll! Ten more weeks, well 9 1/2--not that I am counting! Hmm..extra sleep and my morning Chai Latte, what will the morning bring!

Doctor WHO, Classes, Smoothy!
Classes flew by today, and I even was able to watch a Doctor Who episode during my break between classes..pretty successful day if I must say! Also Doctor Who is my favorite show! Since the first season-of the start of the current series) I have just loved every second of it. I always fall in love with the actor who plays the Doctor, and with the companions, then get sad and upset when the Doctor or the companion changes. I dislike change and it takes me a few episodes to come around to the new face of the Doctor but without fail I do, and I love them for different reasons than I loved the last one. This show is a timeless one because the writers do not have to kill off a companion or the doctor when the actor has to leave, they simply get to start with a fresh plate almost. Currently I am loving Matt Smith as the Doctor, he is very different from when David Tennant portrayed the doctor, but I have come around and love him in the role. Anyways small Doctor Who obsession/rant! hahaha! Time to finish my smoothie and go to work! The siren is already singing her song to me...
Yogis & alarms
Time seems to be an unusually common theme with me this week. Set about a billion alarms to wake up this morning, I thought I'll wake up at 7:50 do an hour of yoga, go to class, go through my day. I remember hitting snooze a few times, then when I finally awoke..hit my iphone and it was 10:30, I have class at 10:30. So i flew out of bed, got myself around and decent, brushed my teeth and grabbed a luna bar on my way out the door. My class is two hours long, and my professor gives us a ten minute break in the middle, so by the time I arrived at 11:30, class was on break, so I came in and took a seat without causing a disruption. I told my professor, better late than never..and that my alarm clock and I had a fight this morning, and the alarm beat me. It was a rough morning. He laughed and marked me as being present. So alas my yoga session will have to wait until I get home at 11:30 this evening..I really prefer to just head to bed when I get home after a day of classes and work but we all must make sacrifices. Its now 1:10pm..tick tock goes the clock...one more class then off to work where the siren sings her song and brings people in with the allure of the smell of coffee.

Time flies when you're having fun!
So speaking of time flying..I went to see my niece today who just turned 2 in September. I try to see her once a week minimum. When I walked upstairs to get her up from her nap(all smiles & crazy bed hair!) I was amazed at how big she has gotten! Seems like only yesterday I was holding her for the first time(6lbs 5oz) and amazed at how tiny she was, and the love I felt for this little girl that was my niece. As I changed her I asked her how her nap was, to which she played in her little voice, "good", the way a two year old does. Then as I put her down from the diaper table I gave her a big hug and told her how much I had missed her and kissed her on the cheek! To which she responded with a huge smile and giggles! It amazes me every time I see her how much she says and understands!
The second amazing realization of the day-In ten short weeks my sister in law will be ready or will have already had my nephew, Charlotte's new little brother, it seems like only yesterday(Easter) I heard the news from her and my brother that she was pregnant! We of course chatted about this today and quickly the time has passed! Time goes by so fast when you're having fun!

Crazy Life
Life is crazy. Life is hectic. Where does time go? Currently I work two jobs and am in 10 credits to graduate. It is crazy to me that it is October already! My fiance and I will be celebrating 5 wonderful, crazy sometimes trying, but awesome years together in a month. Thanksgiving will be here in just about 5 weeks time and my nephew will be born in December. Life has been so crazy and in a whirl that I almost forget that he'll be here so soon and that my two year old niece will be a sister! Time is a funny thing no matter how lost we may feel or stuck in a moment of it, it keeps ticking by and before we know it it'll be Christmas! I am dying for a glass of the Fox Run Cabernet Franc Lemberger and some relaxation. I am on the home stretch of my time at flcc and my transfer applications are in. I just keep telling myself 10 more weeks!
